Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 lb pork sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until fully browned and no pink remains, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 8 oz softened cream cheese to the cooked sausage and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour in the 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, including the liquid. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Cook for 3–5 more minutes, stirring frequently, until the dip is heated through and creamy.
