Instructions
- Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes (optional, but recommended for extra crispiness). Drain and pat dry.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 5 minutes.
- Toss the potato sticks with olive oil, kosher salt, and paprika in a large bowl until evenly coated.
