Description

This Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri is a refreshing frozen cocktail made with Bacardi white rum, sweet strawberries, fresh lime juice, and ice blended into a smooth slushy drink. Perfect for summer parties, backyard gatherings, or relaxing by the pool, this fruity rum cocktail delivers the classic tropical flavor of a homemade strawberry daiquiri in just minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ounces Bacardi white rum
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 fresh strawberry for garnish
  • 1 lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries to prepare them for blending.
  2. Add 4 ounces of Bacardi white rum to a blender to help the blades move smoothly.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries and sliced fresh strawberries to the blender.
  4. Pour in the simple syrup and fresh lime juice.
  5. Blend the mixture until the strawberries are fully broken down and the ingredients are combined.
  6. Add 1 cup of ice to the blender and blend again until the drink reaches a smooth slushy consistency.
  7. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a small amount of simple syrup.
  8. Pour the frozen Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri into two hurricane or tulip glasses.
  9. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry and a lime wedge before serving.

Notes

  • Use frozen strawberries to achieve a thick frozen texture without needing excessive ice.
  • Add liquid ingredients to the blender first to prevent the blades from sticking.
  • Fresh lime juice provides brighter flavor than bottled juice.
  • For a tropical twist, substitute Bacardi white rum with coconut rum.
  • To make a virgin version, omit the rum and add 1–2 ounces of lemon-lime soda.
  • Serve immediately after blending to maintain the perfect slushy consistency.
