Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single, even layer across the bottom of the dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and dry mustard (if using) until smooth.
- Sprinkle cooked and crumbled bacon evenly over the tater tots.
- Layer shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the bacon.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture evenly over all the ingredients in the dish.
- Top with chopped green onions if desired.
