Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  3. In a separate bowl, toss cranberries with sugar until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly into a baking dish.

Notes

  • If using frozen cranberries, there’s no need to thaw them. Just toss them in sugar and use them as directed.
  • You can make this dip ahead of time by assembling it and refrigerating it until you’re ready to bake.
  • To make the dip a little spicier, try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cheese mixture.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave before serving.
