Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and position the rack in the middle. Line or grease a muffin tin.

- In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely or serve warm.
