Description

This Christmas fudge recipe combines the best of both worlds with two layers of smooth chocolate—semi-sweet and white chocolate—creating a festive and creamy treat. It’s quick to make, no-bake, and the perfect addition to your holiday desserts or gift-giving traditions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (divided)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk (about 7 oz) in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Once melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  3. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the remaining sweetened condensed milk (about 7 oz) in 30-second increments, stirring in between. Once melted, stir in the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate mixture evenly over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  6. Top the fudge with Christmas sprinkles, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm enough to slice into squares.
  8. Once firm, slice the fudge into small squares and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure that the fudge sets completely in the fridge before cutting into squares.
  • If you want to add a minty flavor, you can substitute the vanilla extract with peppermint extract in the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  • This fudge can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
  • Be sure to spread the chocolate mixtures quickly before they start to set.
