Description

Big Mac Wraps offer the same iconic flavors of a Big Mac in a convenient, easy-to-eat wrap format. Perfect for a quick, satisfying meal, these wraps combine seasoned ground beef, fresh vegetables, and the famous Big Mac sauce, all wrapped up in a soft tortilla.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 yellow onion, diced
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
  • 4 soft taco-sized tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced dill pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and half of the diced onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess grease, then transfer the beef to a bowl.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Add the lettuce, pickles, cooked beef mixture, remaining diced onion, shredded cheese, and Big Mac sauce to each tortilla.
  4. Wrap each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef if preferred.
