- ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)
- 4 soft taco-sized tortillas
- ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, diced pickles, mustard, ketchup, and paprika. Refrigerate until needed.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and half of the diced onion until the beef is cooked through. Drain any excess grease, then transfer the beef to a bowl.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Add the lettuce, pickles, cooked beef mixture, remaining diced onion, shredded cheese, and Big Mac sauce to each tortilla.
- Wrap each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling and serve immediately.
