Description

This no-bake Biscoff Tiramisu features layers of coffee-soaked Biscoff cookies and a creamy Biscoff mascarpone filling. It’s rich, indulgent, and incredibly easy to prepare with just six ingredients. Perfect for a quick dessert that impresses every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese (226g): creamy base for the filling
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter (140g): provides rich, spiced caramel flavor
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar: adds slight sweetness to balance flavors
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional): enhances aroma and depth
  • Pinch of salt (optional): balances sweetness and sharpens flavors
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled (480g): creates a fluffy, stable cream
  • 5060 Biscoff cookies: forms the dessert’s layered structure
  • 1 1/2 cups strong coffee or espresso: used for soaking the cookies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Whisk for 30–60 seconds until smooth. Do not overmix.
  2. Add chilled heavy whipping cream to the same bowl. Whisk for 1–2 minutes until stiff peaks form and the cream is thick and pipeable.
  3. Briefly dip each Biscoff cookie in strong coffee for 1–2 seconds, then place in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish or dessert cups.
  4. Spread half of the Biscoff mascarpone cream over the cookies in an even layer.
  5. Repeat with another layer of soaked cookies and the remaining cream.
  6. Optional: Reserve some cream to pipe decorative dollops on top using a star tip.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, decorate with crushed Biscoff cookies and drizzle warmed cookie butter on top.

Notes

  • Do not overmix the mascarpone or the cream; it may curdle.
  • You can substitute cream cheese for mascarpone for a tangier twist.
  • This dessert can be made 1–2 days in advance and stored in the fridge.
  • For a boozy version, add 1–2 tbsp of coffee liqueur or rum to the coffee soak.
