Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender but still slightly firm, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the steamed broccoli evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Layer the shredded cooked chicken evenly over the broccoli.
- Pour the prepared creamy sauce over the chicken and broccoli, spreading it evenly to coat all ingredients.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the casserole.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter until well coated.
- Sprinkle the buttery cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
