Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, granulated sugar, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Chop the broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels, then chop into small pieces.
- Add the chopped bacon, red onion, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds to the bowl with the broccoli.
- Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients and toss thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
- Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
