Description

Bunny Bark is a colorful, no-bake Easter candy treat made with vanilla candy melts, pastel colors, and assorted festive toppings. It’s quick to prepare, fun to customize, and perfect for gifting or celebrating with family and kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 30 oz white vanilla-flavored melting wafers: base for the bark, smooth texture and sweet vanilla flavor
  • 3 drops gel food coloring (blue, green, purple): for swirling pastel colors into the bark
  • 1/4 cup assorted pastel sprinkles: adds crunch and color
  • 1/4 cup chocolate Easter eggs: adds flavor, color, and festive appeal
  • 1/4 cup Easter M&M candies: for texture and chocolatey flavor
  • 2-3 Marshmallow Peeps, chopped: adds softness and fun shapes
  • 1/4 cup pretzel pieces: adds a salty crunch contrast
  • 1/4 cup bunny-shaped graham crackers: adds crunch and theme
  • 1/4 cup jelly beans: chewy texture and fruity flavor

Instructions

  1. Line a 15x10x1-inch sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a double boiler over low heat, melt the 30 oz of candy wafers, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Divide 1/2 cup of the melted wafers into three small bowls. Add 1 drop of food coloring to each and stir until pastel colors are achieved.
  4. Spread the remaining melted candy onto the prepared pan in a 1/4-inch thick even layer.
  5. Spoon dollops of the colored candy melts over the surface. Swirl gently with a knife or spatula to create a marbled effect.
  6. While the mixture is still tacky, sprinkle the surface evenly with sprinkles, candies, and toppings.
  7. Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Break into large pieces and serve or package for gifting.

Notes

  • Work quickly when adding toppings to prevent the surface from hardening.
  • If the bark sets too soon, place the tray in a warm oven briefly to soften.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate if your kitchen is warm.
  • To freeze, wrap tightly in plastic and place in a freezer-safe container for up to 6 months.
