Description

Cadbury Creme Easter Egg Cheesecake is a rich, no-bake chocolate dessert featuring a buttery biscuit base, creamy chocolate cheesecake filling, and gooey Cadbury Creme Eggs for the ultimate Easter treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g chocolate biscuits: crushed for a rich and crunchy base
  • 120g unsalted butter: melted to bind the crust
  • 500g cream cheese: softened for a smooth and creamy filling
  • 120g powdered sugar: for balanced sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract: enhances flavor
  • 200g dark or milk chocolate: melted for deep chocolate taste
  • 300ml heavy cream: whipped for a light texture
  • 6 Cadbury Creme Eggs: chopped for filling and topping
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder: adds extra chocolate richness

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 20cm springform pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Melt the chocolate gently and allow it to cool slightly before folding it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Chop 4 Cadbury Creme Eggs and fold them into the filling evenly.
  7. Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  9. Decorate with the remaining halved Cadbury Creme Eggs before serving.

Notes

  • Always use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps.
  • Do not overmix after adding whipped cream to maintain a light texture.
  • Chill overnight for best structure and flavor.
  • Use a hot knife for clean slices when serving.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
