Instructions
- Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 20cm springform pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
- Melt the chocolate gently and allow it to cool slightly before folding it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture.
- Chop 4 Cadbury Creme Eggs and fold them into the filling evenly.
- Pour the filling over the chilled base and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Decorate with the remaining halved Cadbury Creme Eggs before serving.
