  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can of cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet until the meat is browned and the onion is soft and translucent.
  3. In a 9×9 casserole dish, layer the ground beef and onion mixture at the bottom.
  4. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt over the beef mixture.
  5. Spread 1 1/2 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.

Notes

  • You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
  • If you prefer, you can use cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken soup.
  • Add extra vegetables such as peas or corn for more flavor and nutrition.
  • This casserole can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before baking.
