Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce or adobo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil (for grilling)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and avocado slices if using.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up the burrito tightly from the bottom.
  5. Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down.
  6. Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
  7. Let the burritos rest for a minute before slicing. Serve warm.
