- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce or adobo sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- Olive oil (for grilling)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chipotle sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, and avocado slices if using.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the burrito tightly from the bottom.
- Heat a skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Place burritos seam-side down.
- Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Let the burritos rest for a minute before slicing. Serve warm.

- Warm tortillas before assembling to prevent tearing.
- Use thick flour tortillas for easier rolling and grilling.
