Ingredients
Scale
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened: provides a smooth and creamy base
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix: adds tangy and herby flavor
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced: offers a sweet crunch and red festive color
- 1/2 cup celery, minced: gives crisp texture and mild earthiness
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced: adds a sharp, fresh bite
- 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced: brings salty and savory flavor
- 4 (10-inch) spinach flour tortillas: acts as the colorful, festive wrap
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth and well blended.
- Add the minced red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and sliced olives. Stir until fully combined.
- Spread approximately 3/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each spinach tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly into logs and wrap each one in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Do not slice the pinwheels until you’re ready to serve to prevent them from drying out.
- Use parchment paper between stacked layers to avoid sogginess during storage.
- Speed up the chilling process by placing the rolls in the freezer for 45–60 minutes.
- Use a sharp or serrated knife for clean slices.
