Description

These festive Christmas Pinwheels are a quick and easy no-bake appetizer made with cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and colorful chopped vegetables all wrapped in spinach tortillas. They’re perfect for holiday parties or make-ahead snacks, and ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened: provides a smooth and creamy base
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix: adds tangy and herby flavor
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced: offers a sweet crunch and red festive color
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced: gives crisp texture and mild earthiness
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced: adds a sharp, fresh bite
  • 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced: brings salty and savory flavor
  • 4 (10-inch) spinach flour tortillas: acts as the colorful, festive wrap

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Add the minced red bell pepper, celery, green onions, and sliced olives. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Spread approximately 3/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each spinach tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly into logs and wrap each one in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate the wrapped rolls for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Once chilled, remove plastic wrap and slice each roll into 1/2-inch thick pinwheels.
  7. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Do not slice the pinwheels until you’re ready to serve to prevent them from drying out.
  • Use parchment paper between stacked layers to avoid sogginess during storage.
  • Speed up the chilling process by placing the rolls in the freezer for 45–60 minutes.
  • Use a sharp or serrated knife for clean slices.
