Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer, edge to edge.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbling.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Pour the hot caramel mixture over the crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, until the caramel is bubbling and slightly darkened.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the hot caramel. Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then spread evenly.
