Instructions

- Spread the batter into the prepared cake pan and top evenly with cinnamon-coated apples.
- In a small bowl, prepare the crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, and remaining cinnamon, then cutting in the cold butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
