- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create thinner pieces.
- Season the chicken with the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the diced onion for 2-3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Pour the chicken stock into the pan and stir in the Boursin cheese. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the chicken to the pan, adding spinach if using, and simmer for an additional 30 seconds to combine and heat through.
- Serve the chicken with the creamy Boursin sauce and enjoy!
