- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Buns, croissants, tortillas, or lettuce wraps (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place the cream cheese block on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
- Remove the lid and shred the chicken using two forks directly in the slow cooker.
- Stir the melted cream cheese into the shredded chicken until well combined.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and green onions. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Serve warm on buns, tortillas, or lettuce wraps, or with vegetable sticks.

- If using frozen chicken, thaw it first for food safety and even cooking.
