Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 6 ounces spinach, thawed and drained


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 1-quart baking dish or oven-safe skillet with non-stick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic, garlic powder, salt, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning until fully combined.
  4. Fold in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
