Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs (boneless and skinless) into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, bourbon whiskey, apple cider vinegar, ginger, honey, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Whisk together until smooth.
