- 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes of chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover with lid and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
- Before serving, optionally shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks for easier serving and maximum flavor absorption.
