Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 (10.5-oz) can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 (0.87-oz) envelopes of chicken gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cover with lid and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or until chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
  5. Before serving, optionally shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces using two forks for easier serving and maximum flavor absorption.
