- 1 bag (12 oz) milk chocolate chips: adds creamy sweetness
- 2 bars (4 oz each) German sweet chocolate, chopped: rich and smooth chocolate layer
- 2 pounds white almond bark, broken into pieces: helps set the candy and adds a creamy texture
- 1 cup chopped pecans: adds buttery crunch and flavor
- Festive sprinkles (optional): for decoration and added holiday flair
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients into a 5–6 quart slow cooker in the following order: salted peanuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, chopped German chocolate, and almond bark on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours. Do not stir during this time.
- After 2 hours, remove the lid and stir the mixture thoroughly until fully combined and smooth.
- Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the candy onto parchment or wax paper.
- Quickly decorate with sprinkles if using, before the candy sets.
- Let the candy cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
- Once hardened, store in airtight containers or festive tins for up to 2 weeks.
