Ingredients
Scale
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk (adjust as needed)
- ¼ cup dill pickle juice
- ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and milk until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the flavors: Stir in dill pickle juice, finely chopped pickles, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.
- Let it chill: Transfer the dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend and develop.
- Serve and enjoy: Stir the dressing before serving. Use it as a dip for veggies and chips, a drizzle for salads, or a flavorful spread for sandwiches and wraps.
Notes
- For a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of milk or increase the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or finely chopped jalapeños.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Stir well before each use.
- To make it lighter, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream and use low-fat mayonnaise.
