This Dirty Martini Dip is a creamy, savory appetizer inspired by the classic cocktail. Made with feta, cream cheese, green olives, and a splash of gin, it’s the perfect party starter with bold, briny flavors and a smooth, fluffy texture.

- 6 oz. feta in brine, drained and chopped
- 2 tbsp. chives, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, zested
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. gin
- 1 tbsp. dry vermouth
- 1 1/2 tsp. za’atar seasoning, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup pitted green olives, torn
- 2 tbsp. pimento peppers or roasted red peppers, finely chopped
- Crackers or crostini, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse feta, chives, and lemon zest until the feta is broken into small crumbs (about 10 seconds).
- Add cream cheese, gin, vermouth, za’atar, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and evenly combined.
- With the motor running, drizzle in the olive oil and blend until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Fold in the green olives and pimento peppers until well combined.
- Spoon into a serving bowl or divide into individual glasses. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with za’atar, and serve with crackers or crostini.
