- 1 (1.25 oz) packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1 medium-large head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium-large tomato, diced
- 4 oz reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 oz nacho cheese Doritos, broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup light Catalina or French dressing
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into pieces as it cooks.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir until evenly coated, then remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and seasoned ground beef.
- Just before serving, add the Doritos and Catalina dressing, then gently toss the salad until evenly coated.
