Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cotton candy flavoring
- Pink and purple gel food coloring
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cotton candy flavoring.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two bowls, adding pink food coloring to one and purple food coloring to the other. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the pink fudge mixture into the prepared pan, then add dollops of the purple fudge on top. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together.
- Chill the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is fully set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper, and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
- Be sure to melt the white chocolate mixture over low heat to avoid burning.
- Gel food coloring provides more vibrant colors than liquid food coloring, so a little goes a long way.
- If you can’t find cotton candy flavoring, you can substitute with vanilla or strawberry flavoring for a different twist.
- Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
