Description

This easy crack dip is a creamy, cheesy appetizer loaded with bacon and ranch seasoning—perfect for parties, game days, or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits or 6 pieces cooked chopped bacon


Instructions

  1. Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream using an electric mixer until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Add ranch seasoning and seasoned salt, and stir to combine evenly.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and bacon until well distributed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately if preferred.
  6. Before serving, let the dip sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes for easier scooping.
