- 6 to 8 large flour burrito-size tortillas
- 1.5 pounds shaved ham
- 1 pound shaved salami
- 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 3 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- Dill pickle slices
- 1.5 cups cream cheese
- 1 packet powdered Italian salad dressing mix
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese and mix it with the powdered Italian dressing until smooth and fluffy.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread the cream cheese mixture all the way to the edges.
- On one-third of the tortilla, layer ham, then add tomato slices, red onion, pickles, shredded lettuce, and top with salami.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from the filling side, tucking the ingredients in as you go. Seal the edge with extra cream cheese if needed.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas, place them on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice off the ends, then cut each roll into 1.5-inch pinwheels, wiping the knife clean between cuts for neat presentation.
