- 300ml heavy cream
- Biscoff spread (for layers and topping)

- Ladyfingers
- Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix for 1 minute until smooth.
- Gradually add cold heavy cream while mixing until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
- Trim ladyfingers to line the base and sides of your mold or container.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the base of ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of melted Biscoff spread, followed by a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies.
- Repeat with another layer of cream. Finish with a thin layer of melted Biscoff spread on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, garnish with more crushed cookies and halved strawberries.
