Description

A creamy and indulgent no-bake Biscoff dessert layered with mascarpone cream, Biscoff spread, cookie crumbles, and fresh strawberries—perfect for beginners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 16g whipping cream stabilizer
  • 8g vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 40g granulated sugar
  • 300ml heavy cream
  • Biscoff spread (for layers and topping)
  • Biscoff cookies (crushed, for layers and garnish)
  • Ladyfingers
  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone, whipping cream stabilizer, vanilla sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix for 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Gradually add cold heavy cream while mixing until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
  3. Trim ladyfingers to line the base and sides of your mold or container.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the base of ladyfingers.
  5. Add a layer of melted Biscoff spread, followed by a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Repeat with another layer of cream. Finish with a thin layer of melted Biscoff spread on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, garnish with more crushed cookies and halved strawberries.
