Description

Funfetti Cheesecake Stuffed Crescent Rolls are flaky, buttery pastries filled with a creamy vanilla cheesecake mixture and colorful rainbow sprinkles, then baked until golden and finished with a sweet vanilla glaze. This quick and festive dessert is perfect for parties, family baking, or a fun treat that comes together in about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup rainbow jimmies sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon non-pareil sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the rainbow jimmies sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the cheesecake mixture.
  4. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  6. Roll the dough from the wide end toward the narrow tip to form crescent shapes, keeping the filling tucked inside.
  7. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each roll.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are lightly golden brown and flaky.
  9. While the rolls bake, prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
  10. Remove the baked crescent rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.
  11. Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm rolls.
  12. Sprinkle with non-pareil sprinkles for decoration and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to ensure a smooth cheesecake filling.
  • Avoid overfilling the crescent dough to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
  • Rainbow jimmies work best because they hold their shape and color during baking.
  • These rolls taste best when served warm shortly after baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat briefly in the oven.
