Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish that will fit all cod pieces comfortably.
- Pat cod loin fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable).
