Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock (33% reduced sodium)
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 (3 ounces) packages instant ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
Instructions
- Heat butter and minced garlic in a skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the garlic becomes light golden brown. Be careful not to burn it.
- Add chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- Place ramen noodles in the skillet and cook, stirring every 20-30 seconds to loosen the noodles. Let the noodles cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Continue cooking until most of the liquid evaporates, leaving just a small amount to coat the noodles.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the remaining melted butter and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, replace chicken stock with vegetable broth.
- If you prefer a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes or chili powder to the garlic butter mixture.
- This dish can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free ramen noodles.
- For extra creaminess, you can add a splash of heavy cream or more butter.
