- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese: sharp flavor and classic cheesy taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
- Stir in the butter until fully melted and the pasta is coated.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, milk of choice, eggs, and garlic salt until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix together cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Layer 1/3 of the macaroni into the prepared baking dish, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Repeat this layering two more times, ending with cheese on top.
- Pour the milk mixture evenly over the layered pasta and cheese.
- Sprinkle paprika over the top layer.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
