Description

Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are a quick and easy cheesy snack made with biscuit dough and mozzarella, perfect for parties or comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 16 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each into a small disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit disc and wrap the dough around it. Seal the edges tightly and roll into a ball.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  5. Brush each biscuit bomb with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Place the biscuit bombs on the baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm. Optionally serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out.
  • Watch baking time closely to avoid overcooking.
  • Use an air fryer to reheat leftovers for best texture.
  • Try different fillings like pepperoni or sausage for variation.
  • Use gluten-free dough to make it suitable for gluten sensitivities.
