Description
Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are a quick and easy cheesy snack made with biscuit dough and mozzarella, perfect for parties or comfort food cravings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 16 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1 inch each)
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Flatten each into a small disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit disc and wrap the dough around it. Seal the edges tightly and roll into a ball.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
- Brush each biscuit bomb with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place the biscuit bombs on the baking sheet with space between each. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm. Optionally serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Seal the dough tightly to prevent cheese from leaking out.
- Watch baking time closely to avoid overcooking.
- Use an air fryer to reheat leftovers for best texture.
- Try different fillings like pepperoni or sausage for variation.
- Use gluten-free dough to make it suitable for gluten sensitivities.
