- 2 cups sugar: sweetens and balances cocoa
- 4 large eggs: binds the batter and adds structure
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour: gives form and structure
- 1 (1-oz) bottle green liquid food coloring: gives the vibrant green color
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder: leavens the batter for slight rise

- 1/8 teaspoon salt (for frosting): balances the sweetness
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting): adds flavor depth
Instructions

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together for 1½ to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar until fully incorporated.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.
- Stir in flour, green food coloring, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 44–48 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool brownies completely in the pan on a wire rack (about 2 hours).
- To make the frosting, beat cream cheese and softened butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in powdered sugar and salt, then add vanilla extract. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Once brownies are cool, lift them from the pan using the foil overhang and frost evenly.
- Cut into 16 squares and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
