Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook and crumble the ground turkey until fully browned. Drain any excess fat and return the turkey to the pot.
- Drain and rinse the canned beans and corn.
- Add the beans, corn, diced tomatoes, salsa, taco seasoning, and vegetable broth to the pot with the cooked turkey. Stir to combine.
