These Halloween Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are a spooky twist on classic chocolate chip cookies. Each oversized cookie is stuffed with a festive Halloween Oreo, loaded with chocolate chips, and topped with sprinkles for the perfect party-ready treat.

- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
- 9 Halloween Oreos
- 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract, scraping down the sides of the bowl to combine fully.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
- Using a large cookie scoop, portion out dough. Flatten each scoop, place an Oreo in the center, and wrap the dough around the Oreo to fully cover it.
- Roll into a ball and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes, until edges are set but centers still look slightly underbaked.
- Top with extra chocolate chips immediately after baking. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Do not overbake—the cookies should be soft and gooey in the center.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
- Freeze unbaked cookie dough balls for up to 3 months; bake from frozen with 2–3 extra minutes.
- Microwave baked cookies for 10–15 seconds to enjoy them warm and gooey.
