Instructions
- Open the bag of Sweet Kale salad mix and remove the packet of dressing, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries. Discard the pumpkin seeds and cranberries or save them for another recipe.
- Pour the salad mix into a large bowl.
- Top the salad with thinly sliced bacon, buttered pecan halves, shaved parmesan cheese, sliced honey crisp apples, and pomegranate seeds.
