- 1 tbsp butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl or blender, combine oats, chopped apple, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, yogurt, eggs, butter (or coconut oil), baking soda, and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
- Once the mixture is smooth, stir in the remaining oats for added texture.
- Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for a bit before slicing it into squares.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
