Ingredients
Scale
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 ounces ham, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 3 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
- 3 ounces thinly sliced salami
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls horizontally and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer provolone cheese on the rolls, followed by ham, pepperoni, and salami.
- Place the tops of the rolls back on and cut the sandwiches between each roll.
- For the glaze, melt butter and mix with grated parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Spread this mixture generously over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops of the sliders are golden brown.
- While the sliders are baking, prepare the grinder salad topping. Mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to create a dressing.
- Toss shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and pepperoncini peppers together with the dressing.
- Once the sliders are done, remove the tops, add the grinder salad topping, and replace the tops of the rolls. Serve immediately!
Notes
- Layer the meats evenly to ensure balanced flavor in each bite.
- Place the cheese at the bottom to prevent the bread from becoming soggy.
- Be generous with the glaze for a flavorful, crispy top.
- Prepare the grinder salad last to avoid soggy sliders.
- Double the recipe for larger gatherings.
