Description

Keto Cucumber Crack Dip is a low-carb, creamy, and savory dip that combines the refreshing crunch of cucumbers with rich cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and a blend of spices. With only 2 net carbs per serving, it’s the perfect snack for keto enthusiasts or anyone looking for a flavorful, guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 medium Cucumber, finely shredded and moisture squeezed out
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Chives
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Shred the cucumber using a food processor or mandolin slicer. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using a cheesecloth or clean towel.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, crumble it into small pieces, and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cucumber, chives, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Stir everything together until well combined. If needed, add a bit of water or Worcestershire sauce to achieve the desired consistency.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes for better flavor.

Notes

  • Be sure to remove all the moisture from the cucumber to avoid a watery dip.
  • If the dip thickens in the fridge, stir it before serving or let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  • This dip is naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for gluten-sensitive individuals.
  • For a dairy-free version, use plant-based cream cheese and cheese alternatives.
