Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
For the Filling:
- 3 packs cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, chopped
For the Ganache:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
For Decoration:
- Green sprinkles
- Red buttercream frosting
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased springform pan. Use the back of a spoon or a flat-bottomed glass for a smooth crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the heavy cream and eggs, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes to distribute them evenly.
Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Step 4: Prepare the Ganache
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm (don’t let it boil).
- Remove from heat, add the white chocolate chips, and stir until smooth.
- Drizzle the ganache over the cheesecake, covering it evenly.
Step 5: Decorate and Chill
- Sprinkle green sprinkles over the ganache.
- Pipe small dots or designs using red buttercream frosting for a festive touch.
- Chill the cheesecake until fully set, preferably overnight.
Step 6: Serve
Slice, serve, and watch your guests’ faces light up with joy. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Notes
- Room Temperature Ingredients: To avoid lumps, ensure the cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature before mixing.
- No Springform Pan?: Use a deep dish pie pan as an alternative, but make sure to line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Ganache Consistency: If the ganache is too thick, add a teaspoon of warm cream at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Holiday Creativity: Feel free to add your favorite holiday sprinkles or edible glitter for an extra festive touch.
