  • 1 cup radishes (chopped)
  • 1 green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, Dijon mustard, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Add macaroni, radishes, and green pepper to the bowl and stir to combine.
  4. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir again to distribute evenly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
