Instructions

- Using a 1/4 cup measuring scoop, divide the batter evenly among the 10 muffin liners.
- Bake for 16–18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
