- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 lb ground beef (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Add the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt, and mix until smooth.
- If using ground beef, cook it in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and add to the cheese mixture.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the cheese sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
