  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding (3.4 oz each)
  • 3½ cups cold milk
  • 1 tub Cool Whip (8 oz), thawed
  • 1 can lemon frosting (16 oz)


Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the graham crackers on the bottom of the dish, breaking them up as needed to fit.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and cold milk. Stir for about 2 minutes until it thickens.
  4. Fold the Cool Whip gently into the pudding mixture until smooth.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
