Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
- Gently fold in orange juice and crushed pineapple until well combined with the cheesecake filling.
- In a small bowl, mix orange marmalade with additional crushed pineapple.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the marmalade-pineapple mixture over the cheesecake filling. Use a knife or skewer to swirl it into the cheesecake, creating a marbled effect.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy!
Notes
