Description

This No-Bake Orange Pineapple Swirl Cheesecake is a delightful dessert that’s both refreshing and easy to make. It features a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy cheesecake filling infused with fresh orange juice and crushed pineapple, and a beautiful swirl of orange marmalade and pineapple. The combination of tangy and sweet flavors makes it perfect for warm days and any occasion that calls for a light, indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (for the swirl)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Continue beating until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in orange juice and crushed pineapple until well combined with the cheesecake filling.
  5. In a small bowl, mix orange marmalade with additional crushed pineapple.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the marmalade-pineapple mixture over the cheesecake filling. Use a knife or skewer to swirl it into the cheesecake, creating a marbled effect.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  9. Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For an added orange flavor, you can mix in a teaspoon of orange zest into the filling.
  • If you prefer a firmer cheesecake, add 1 tablespoon of gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of warm water to the filling before mixing in the orange juice and pineapple.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
