Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Alternatively, you can blend the bananas separately and mix the other ingredients in a bowl.
- Line a brownie pan with oil or baking paper, then pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before slicing into 16 squares.
